WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We offer our Customers several convenient payment options.
We also accept PayPal and Vemno for your convenience.
We accept cash as well.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell, our precise personalization and our exceptional service because we know how important every life moment is, and we’re honored to be invited to each of yours. If you’re not completely delighted when you receive your gift, please call me at 910-358-9956 or email me at andersontrophies1@gmail.com and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. Due to the items being personalized, we unfortunately cannot correct the item once the order has been approved. Of course, if we made the error, we will replace your order free of charge to you. All refunds or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING & HANDLINGÂ METHODS?
Shipping and Handling is based off the shipping carrier. Standard shipping is generally 5-7 business days for delivery.
WHAT FONT STYLES DO YOU OFFER?
We have a wide variety of unique font styles that will complement your personalization. We can show you fonts that fit your style as requested.

WHERE ISÂ YOUR STOREÂ LOCATED, AND WHAT ARE THEÂ HOURS?
The store is located at 216 Huffmantown Rd Richlands, NC 28574. Hours are by appointment only.
I CAN'T FIND AN ITEM ON YOUR SITE; CAN I STILL ORDER IT?
Definitely, We can engrave on glass, wood, plastic, aluminum, cork, leather, cotton, denim and stainless steel. Almost anything is able to be engraved!
WHENÂ CAN I EXPECT MY ITEM(S)?
All of our items are personalized and made to order. Standard processing time is between 3 and 7 days, pending availability of items.Â
During peak seasons (holidays and April-June)Â our processing times may be a bit longer, so please plan accordingly.Â
Please allow an additional 5-7 days for shipping/transit time, or less if you’ve selected to upgrade your service.
CAN I PICK OUT THE BOARD I WANT?
Due to a limited amount available, you are able to pick out the style of the board (i.e. size, color, handle, shape) but not which board we use unless we have multiple in stock.
CAN I BRING MY ITEM IN TOÂ BE ENGRAVED ON?
Yes, however price for engraving is based off of artwork.
WILL I HAVE A CHANCE TO REVIEW BEFORE ENGRAVING?
You will receive an email to review and approve the design prior to engraving.
